Mara Nicholas Returns Again

WICKWIRE is excited to have Mara Nicholas, Pastry Chef, and  her delicious Truffles returning this coming Saturday. If you didn't have the opportunity to try and please your taste buds with one of her delicious truffles --- here is your chance.
 
We are offering two drawings AGAIN -- each for a large box of truffles.  
 
Mara received her degree in Baking & Pastry from the Johnson & Wales University in Charleston S.C.  Mara, her husband George and their son Jacob have now made Hendersonville their home.  Mara has had the privilege of working for The Grove Park Inn, Biltmore Estate, The Grande Hyatt in Washington D.C., and the Connestee Falls Country Club in Brevard.  She, along with George's assistance has created "The Baker's Box" which offers a wide assortment of Truffles.  George is now the Executive Chef at BMW of Spartanburg.

Both Mara and George have a passion for the food arts and sincerely hope that you will enjoy her creations.
